Beautiful condo/perfect location

Perfect condo. Condo was changed before checking in due to maintenance issue which was fine. However, email with new address wasn’t sent and I had to call twice to request it. Also requested key code and it was never sent. Made check in at 9:30 pm after a 13 hour drive very frustrating. Registration said it included parking pass but had to pay 30 for a pass. Other than that- no complaints.

First Gulf Shores visit

And we’ll be back. We loved this area and our condo was just the best. Email from property owner came just in time and were most helpful. View from 9th floor was amazing.

Beauty on the beach

Very comfortable and enjoyable space. Amazing ease to beach and fabulous pool. Could use a bit of maintenance on the little things - tp holder fell off wall at first touch.

First trip with kids

We had a great time and the property was exactly what we needed for our stay. Loved the ease of access to the pool and beach. The elevators worked in a timely manner. We spent a lot of time on the balcony! Our 4 year old kept saying it was the best condo ever. (She hasn’t ever been anywhere else, but it was comfortable and we most likely will stay again! ) The only recommendation would be to add access to a broom. There was a vacuum, but with littles we did have a crumb + sand combo. I would have swept more as it is less cumbersome than a vacuum. Thanks for the great stay!

Great Condo/Amazing view

My friend and I spent a week in Gulf Shores. Pros View is awesome Condo location is great Clean Easy to get in Cons New toaster needed, one piece does not toast and the other burns Would have liked to have the doorwall open for fresh air. Overall stay We loved this condo. The view from the balcony was great. Location was perfect Close to shopping, restaurants and activities. We only made breakfast, kitchen had everything we needed There are a couple of options for umbrella/chair rental. We used Gulf Coast rental. It was 1/2 the price of Ike’s. You do have to take your chairs and umbrella in every night but we found it not a big deal at all.

Gulf shores 2024

The condo its self was fine....the building is in need of work. The elevator stopped suddenly at floor nine, doors wouldn't open, and went back to floor 7....that was our first trip and a bad way to start our stay. We decided to leave early due to weather, and when we began to load , the elevator didn't work at all. I carried much of our stuff down nine stories (and walked back up twice!). It's notable that exterior doors and trim are rusting and need painting/repair. I'm not sure what the $30 parking fee was for. In general, just not what we expected and the elevator situation was truly frustrating.

Nice quiet place due to time of year

Nice place to stay overall. Water pooling outside front door /walkway from rain a little worrisome. Couldn’t shut off heat n air , so it came on and off all night.

First trip to Gulf Shores

The emails with check in process and checking out process were very helpful! Location was great! The view was awesome! We had our first trip to and an 11 hour drive to Gulf Shores. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, etc. Definitely ready to go back! And would stay in this condo again each time if we could!

Relaxing family vacay

We came from a Texas heat break, and had an amazing stay at our condo. It met every expectation. It was clean, beautifully decorated, just as in pictures. Extremely close to beach!! Definitely will return again!

Reviews on point!!!

This property has to be the best one we have stayed at by far! Most everything in the reviews are accurate clean and modern the beach decor is so nice! The view is spectacular and not to mention seeing dolphins is an added plus! Balcony is nice and spacey you definitely are not crowed on the balcony view we absolutely loved the balcony furniture nice and sturdy and modern. The walk-in pool is amazing and the best yet is the very short walk to the beach! Only issue we had was finding a security guard to buy our parking pass but found one later that night he was so friendly and explained they were short staffed which is understandable! Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and made the stay so much nicer! This our 4th year in gulf shores and absolutely love the area we will be back again! Oh and everything is not very far from the condo but enough away to be in a private atmosphere! You will not regret renting this condo for stay!

Beach Get Away

Building and condo were very nice. View from the balcony was great. Pool was easy to access and plenty of chairs for relaxing. Easy access to the beach. Beach was clean and chair rentals readily available. Parking is extra - which was stated in rental agreement $30 for the week per vehicle. A few things you need to know before you book is what is supplied for you. The starter kit includes: one (1) trash bag per can, one (1) toilet paper roll per bathroom, one (1) paper towel roll, one (1) dishwasher detergent, and one (1) washing machine detergent. Guests are responsible for any additional items/ supplies you will need for your stay. If you plan to cook, you will need something to wash dishes with and some Dawn or whatever type of dishwashing liquid you use. There is an ice maker in the refrigerator that works well.

Nice place

We stay at this complex yearly. This was the first time staying in this condo. We found it clean minus the sliders. The seal is broke on them and they are kinda of cloudy. A representative from the beach ball property management stopped by right after we checked in and was prepared to address any cleanliness issue we might have. She made an effort to clean them but was unable to. The kitchen was stocked well which i enjoy because i like to cook on vacation. The biggest draw back to this condo and what will prevent me from booking it again was the lack of towels, washcloths and dish towels. We made it work but there was only two of us so we used the bath linens from the extra bath. If we were here with our children it would be a bigger problem. You can’t beat the view and the balcony furniture is great.
