Beautiful 6th floor condo w/Gulf Front View

Overview

Welcome to our 2 Bed/2Bath, 6th floor unit! The beach and pool views are incredible and you have easy access to all Gulf Shores has to offer. Ocean House II boasts the largest, heated pool in the area.
This unit is located right off the elevator in the center of the building.

Primary Bedroom (king size bed) has access to the oversized balcony with a front and center view of the Gulf. Our spacious Guest bedroom (King size bed) has its own private bathroom.  This is a perfect unit for a couples getaway!. Living room has leather sofa, power recliner with direct balcony access AND Gulf direct views! Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance at this property.

Cancellation- We encourage you to read cancellation policy guidelines found in our terms and conditions at the bottom of our website, the credit card fee will not be reimbursed.

Ocean House II offers a beautiful, LARGEST in the area, ZERO ENTRY HEATED POOL that is accompanied by a view of the gulf.

You will receive a follow up email after you book.

Check-in information and door codes will be sent a day prior to your stay and at noon the day of your arrival to the email address that you used when your trip was booked.

Previous guests often leave beach items for others to enjoy. Feel free to leave items you do not wish to take with you as well. Do not take beach items you did not provide as they are an added luxury for future guests. You may want to bring your own beach chairs/toys to ensure you have the items you need as we do not guarantee supplies will be left.

Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

Parking

Parking is $30 CASH per vehicle (2 vehicles allowed per unit). The pass is good for 7 days. If you are staying longer than 7 days, you will need to purchase another pass at the $30.00 rate. This is effective March 1 thru October 31 each year. November thru February will be $30.00 per month. You will pay at the guard shack upon arrival or call 251-228-1581 for additional parking pass information.

The HOA Board has made the decision to increase the cost of the parking passes to $40.00 each beginning Saturday, June 14, 2025.

Short-term Guests Rate:  7 nights or less is $40.00 per pass.  Limit of 2 passes per unit.  Cash Only

Monthly Winter Guests: $40.00 per month from November 1 to March 1. If a guest has been staying monthly – November, December, January or February and their stay continues into March, their rate will continue to be $40 for the month of March.   Cash Only

We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next vacation. It was beautifully decorated with a warm cozy feeling. We appreciated the faith based decorations which gave us a peaceful feeling and we were truly blessed to be guest's in this condo. Overall everything was good. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was very nice. Good space, (there were four of us). The kitchen faucet water flow was such that it sprayed everywhere when you used it (a regular water flow would be good). The couple that used the front bathroom/bedroom suggested hooks in the bathroom for extra towels/bathing suit hanging. The bathroom floor in back bathroom was dirty. Having a mat as you get out of the shower would be nice. Having owned a condo in South Padre Island, Texas I learned that it’s these little things that make a difference. Carter was great at responding to texts, usually within an hour or so, appreciated that. We had a great time, met some nice people. Overall rating four and a half stars!

This was a great place and it was right on the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice too! There are restrooms at the pool/beach level so you don’t have to go up to the room and back all the time, they were clean and well stocked too! The beds were comfy and nice size with TVs in every room. The couch was ok but it has seen some use but overall it was ok. The balcony is roomy and nice to sit out in with a direct view to the beach/water also a nice view from the master and the living room. Countertops were all nice granite, master tub/shower was good. Laundry in the kitchen was much quieter than expected. Really the only drawback of our stay was being so close to the elevator you heard it whine down all day/night. Also, the master bathroom is kind of tight because the closet is opposite the sink and you have to close the bathroom door to get into the closet and you can’t have someone at the sink while you’re getting in the closet. It was workable and really not bad - just annoying. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was pretty nice. It was clean, except I believe they need to spray for some bugs. Not overwhelming bad but there were some little bugs and a couple of small roaches in the kitchen only! Not sure if the people before us left food out or not. We had not even gone to the store to get anything yet. So, I know it was not from us leaving anything out. I made sure any food was sealed good and not left out. The bed was comfortable & pillows great. I would highly recommend new patio furniture. The sliding glass door needs to be fixed as well... just a note to owner! It was just the two of us, if there had been another couple we would not have had enough chairs to sit outside. Two chairs were broken and the other two were not in great shape. The couch & chairs inside to watch TV were not comfortable at all. New furniture really needed! It was close to everything and wonderful view of the ocean. Pool was great as well... We did have a nice relaxing time... just wish it would not have rained so much but that's a chance you take...

I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation. The condo was beautiful and very much like a home. The condo was exceptional with all that it provided. Good access to the beach and the property was well maintained. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

My husband and I and our best friends stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed our time there. The location is close to so many restaurants and the beach is extremely clean. The furniture was very nice, the beds very comfortable and we loved the appliances in the kitchen. If there were any questions Carter was very quick with a response.

We had a great time with our 4 grandsons , our daughter and son-in-law. We celebrated our youngest grandson's first birthday and our older grandsons made so many friends! No one was ever bored. Did the Pirate Ship cruise and saw dolphins. Danced to Cotton Eye Joe at The Hangout and had ice cream at Matt's. We hope Bahama Bob's comes back.

Carter’s condo is absolutely beautiful! It’s exactly as described and we enjoyed a beautiful, albeit hot, week. The water was CRYSTAL CLEAR, calm, with minimal intrusive sea life. Carter was super responsive to any needs and questions that we had. Already planning for next summer.

My husband and I stayed here along with my brother and his wife. We have gone on many vacations together, but this was our first time if Gulf Shores. This was also our first time branching out from traditional hotels/resorts. I must say we were all very pleased!! Carter had everything we needed plus more! It was in a great location on the beach and everything was very clean and felt very safe. Check-in/out was simple and exactly as Carter instructed! Next time we're back in Gulf Shores we won't hesitate to stay here again!

Check in and check out couldnt of been any easier, gate staff was very friendly as well. We loved our ocean view and sat on the balcony every chance we had. Location was close to everything we needed. Property was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The absolute only down side was that the recliner was out of service during our stay. That was one reason we chose this property was because my elderly mother needs to have her legs reclined. We made do but hoping during our next visit it is fixed. The storage had everhthing we needed to have a good time on the beach and my 4 yr old loved the variety of sand toys. Added beneifit was the binoculars located near the plant, we enjoyed watching all the birds and looking for dolphins!
