BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

It was a perfect 5 days! Gorgeous weather, beautiful sandy beach, friendly staff, and very clean. Know that 2 adults wouldn't do well on the hide a bed, but I'm sure it's fine for kids.
Best front facing balcony with sunrise and sunset views!! Lots of balcony furniture too! The living room seating was really pretty, but not comfortable. Probably could use replacing. I think we noticed because we were there a month, otherwise short stays probably wouldn’t pay attention. Parking easy and fabulous easy beach access!! Overall a great stay!
My family loved staying at this beachfront condo! The view was amazing, easy access to stores and restaurants, and a kitchen in the condo for when we wanted to cook instead of going out. There was plenty of room for all of us. The best part -- as soon as you step outside, you're on the beach!
We watched sunsets and sunrises, saw dolphins, and swam every day.

Bicycling vacation
We enjoyed being able to ride our bicycles each day we were there; weather was great and trails are very accessible from Crystal Shores.
Unit was clean and well equipped with essentials in the kitchen. The only drawback to the dishes was that the dinner plates did not work very well for cleaning in the dishwasher.
Everything was great, the room was awesome. In the master bath it kind of looks like some mold growing above the shower wall (the only thing i noticed)
Although older, the location was wonderful. The condo itself needs a bit of refurbishment, but nothing that would be off-putting - it is a rental after all. The only real issues were with the elevators. With everyone checking in at the same time, it was crazy trying to get up to the room. Also, this is the first beachfront condo that I have been in that did not even have salt and pepper. Thankfully, I usually travel with my own herbs and spices.

Labor Day Weekend Trip
The best part about the condo was the customer service. Anytime we called the phone was always answered and they were more than willing to help. Parking was very easy. Elevators seemed to run smoothly and fairly quickly. Beach access was great. We loved the “private” beach access of having to type in a code to get to the beach. The walk to the chairs that Ike's set up was very easy to make even with a toddler and a wagon. Beds are not very comfortable. You can feel the springs in them. The condo is nice. If you are looking for a “fancy” condo this might not be the one. But if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, with the majority of the basics a beach house has then this is a great place and affordable option.
Clean, great views, unit needs a couple improvements
As a family, we enjoyed our stay on this property. The views were great, the entire place was very clean. Beach access was quick and easy. If possible to choose a room, pick a lower floor. There are only two elevators and we waited up to 15 minutes or so a couple times. We opted to take the stairs when we could. It looked just as advertised on the website. The two improvements needed to the unit itself are:
1. Better mattresses. They felt like plastic mattresses that you would find in a small cabin at a summer camp. They were uncomfortable.
2. The water pressure was so high that is would sting when taking a shower. Perhaps this could have been adjusted, but we didn't check.
The only other issue was we got a unit close to another unit with a chain smoker (hoping just bad luck). At least once an hour we would have a very strong cigar smell out on our balcony. This may not bother some people, but my wife, with mild asthma couldn't enjoy the great balcony view as much as she wanted.

Thanksgiving vacation
We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Shores West. Really enjoyed the beach, pool & hot tub. Perfect Thanksgiving vacation for us. We will return to Gulf Shores again.
This was a great spot. Near food and entertainment. The unit itself could use some love as it is apparent this is solely a vacation rental. For the cost a little love and some updates would go a long way. Overall great place.
This condo was perfect for our Labor Day Girls Beach Trip! The location was perfect and the access to the beach was incredible! The condo was very clean and well stocked for all of our needs!
Everything went exceptionally smoothly. Will definitely go back.

PERFECT Gulf Shores Rental!
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this location for Hangout Festival, and couldn't have asked for a better condo. Clean, fully equipped, wonderful location. Having the huge oceanfront balcony was a plus. We will definitely rent from again!
