「I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. 「it's a great place to stay- one of my complaints is the elevators are very slow. Also this time, we noticed that the coffee machines have been taken out of the rooms. So if you want coffee, you have to go to lobby and pay for it. 」
