"There was no one to help me with the luggage in spite of informing multiple times of my early check as I also paid for early check in
Also in spite of telling I need no room service of any kind, they opened the room to keep water bottles when I was not there, this is unacceptable "
"The check-in was smooth, thanks to the Front Desk Staff Chaitanya and other lady who were really helpful. The Hotel is located around 15 to 20 minutes drive from the main train station. Public Transport like Autos are available near the hotel. Hotel has a wonderful restaurant and the staff there too are very professional and courteous. Overall had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again."
