"The room is clean, staff is friendly but our bathroom is outdated. Bathroom room sink was draining slow. Toilet Handel need to be pulled down twice to flush out throughly. Shower head needed to be replaced as it was not centered and tilted to the right."

Check in was a shambles, it took well over an hour, we had to queue to get a clipboard to fill out a form, despite providing all the information the previous day online as requested which was a complete waste of time, then wait for our name to be called to complete the check in. There was no hairdryer in our room, two wardrobes with a total of seven clothes hangers and no cushions on the balcony chairs. we stayed for 3 nights and had no hot water on any night for a shower. There was a buffett restaurant, an a la carte rest"

"The rooms are ocean view which is beautiful. They are also spacious. It is located in a quieter part of the island, so if you are looking for nightlife and action, this is not the location. As an all-inclusive, it is nice to not have to worry about daily meals. The food overall was decent with a decent variety. The nightly entertainment was a nice touch. Shout out to Ho"

Entertainment at night in outdoor setting and loved the Sizzle restaurant night particularly, along with a great buffet brunches. Well run and well done!
