"Room was very nice and clean, property was located in a good area, property was well kept and staff was very kind and helpful. Continental breakfast was pretty bland, very little options, but can get a good breakfast from their little restaurant if you want to pay for it."

"The staff were very pleasant. The room was very neat and clean. The underground parking was handy for the rental vehicle. Parking garage felt very safe with its security cameras etc. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Surrey with several homeless people around making one feel uneasy. The hotel is first class and feels safe."

"We were warmly welcomed (especially nice after a long day of travel) and the property really is spacious. The kitchen is especially noteworthy; it has every appliance known to exist, including an automatic coffee maker that made that first cup each morning easy. We were happy to learn we could easily cook meals to eat in as all the tools needed were provided and in good working order. There were also some nice details provided like a phone charger and a binder with local information. The decor is tasteful and serene. If you are planning to work remotely, note that the wifi has a few low signal spots, but we were easily able to work around this. It was fine for casual use. Overall we loved our stay, we had everything we needed, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend others do so."

"For us this location was ideal being very close to our son whom we were visiting. The apartment was clean and quiet but annoyingly there were air conditioning units with large ducts through the window in the bedroom such that the blind would not close properly. See photo. It being winter these could easily have been removed. Also the TV remote did not work, or at least the on/off button didn't work, and after I turned it on manually the TV wouldn't connect to the WiFi. A bit disappointing."

"I had a great stay here this past weekend. The room was very clean, comfortable, and more spacious than I expected. The location was also super convenient — close to lots of amenities which made getting around very easy.Communication with Mariel was fast and effortless. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home.I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
