"El alojamiento estuvo muy bien y resulta práctico, pues no hace falta abandonar las instalaciones del aeropuerto. Sin embargo, moverse entre terminales puede resultar complicado. Para trasladarse entre las terminales se utiliza el tren, y es necesario usar la tarjeta de crédito tanto al llegar como al salir de las estaciones. Al llegar a la terminal de los alojamientos, hay que atravesar un túnel peatonal que conecta con los establecimientos. El trayecto puede ser bastante extenso y, según dónde se encuentre cada alojamiento, pueden transcurrir unos 15 minutos hasta alcanzar la entrada. Aun así, merece la pena: se evita salir del aeropuerto y caminar por la vía pública con el equipaje. Solo conviene considerar que el recorrido puede resultar extenso y algo complejo."

"I stay here regularly for work and travel and always leave happy, the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Special mention to Elvis on the front desk who makes you feel like a VIP very courteous and accommodating my previous visit there was a leak and he very quickly got me moved and situation dealt with. I recommend staying here if you work nearby or pre flight. Will be back again soon!"

"We stayed at Moxy London Heathrow overnight before our trip abroad, and overall, it was a great choice for a pre-flight stay. The hotel was very easy to find and in a really convenient location for getting to the airport, which made everything much easier when travelling early the next day. The hotel itself was great, and we were happy with the accommodation. Unfortunately, the customer service at check-in let the experience down slightly. The check-in process felt quite rushed, and the gentleman who assisted us seemed to be having a particularly difficult day. I appreciate that everyone can have an off day, but unfortunately, it did affect our first impression of the hotel. That said, the hotel itself was good, and its location makes it a very practical option for anyone needing to stay near Heathrow before or after a flight. With a warmer and more welcoming check-in experience, it would have been an even better stay."

"This is Ibis's low budget offering and it was definitely a value for the money. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a bar and restaurant as well as a Hotel Hoppa to shuttle you to and from Heathrow airport at a cost of £7 one way. I would definitely stay again."
