Notre appartement était bien situé, près d une belle plage, et parking sécurisé. Il dispose d un beau balcon, sur un séjour sympa mais une salle de bain très petite et chambre aussi..... Booking nous avait promis l accès à la piscine de la résidence et non, avons été déçus !. Le propriétaire est très agréable. L appartement était très propre.

Grand studio confortable.

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire à l'écoute des vacanciers. Entièrement équipé, lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro ondes, cafetière expresso et classique, grille pain. Tous les produits de première nécessité en alimentaire et en entretien. Un grand merci pour toutes ces attentions. Sans oublier les petits gâteaux bretons de bienvenue.

SUPER LOCATION

Un joli appartement très bien agencé, bien équipé et très propre avec un grand balcon (en fait, il est comme les photos) et situé dans une résidence très bien entretenue avec une place de parking réservée. La résidence dispose d’une grande piscine. Fort appréciable : de l’appartement, vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à la Baule (plage, marché, paillottes sur la plage) et au Pouliguen. En fait, plein de choses à découvrir et à faire aux alentours (sentiers côtiers, guérande, batz sur mer, le croisic, la tremblade, les marins salants.....). Un grand merci au propriétaire qui est vraiment très accueillant et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et d’ailleurs nous gardons cette bonne adresse.

Un appartement agréable

Le logement est fidèle aux photos et descriptions. Nous y avons séjourné pendant une semaine et ça a été très agréable. Le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible. L'appartement est bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Je recommande ce logement !

Presque 5 étoiles

bel appartement, propre, quasiment refait a neuf, tout confort, bien placé avec une jolie vue. La plage de la Baule est à 15 mn à pieds. Les 2 points faibles qui expliquent les 4 étoiles sont : piscine non chauffée et les voisins un peu bruyant.... mais ça c’est la vie en communauté. Par ailleurs, le propriétaire est charmant. Au final: Appartement très sympa pour passer quelques jours de détente. A faire !

Excellente location et l'hôte très sympa

L'appartement tout neuf et bien décoré est situé dans une résidence calme, avec piscine et très proche de la plage. Adapté aux besoins d'une famille avec des enfants. Un lit superposé, un grand lit et un canapé convertible dans le salon. Une présence cordiale et attentive de la part de notre hôte ont fait notre séjour très agréable.
