  • In the former stables of a manor from the beginning of the 17th century, in the heart of a 25 hectare park, 2 km from the center of Guérande, 4 km from the Marais Salants, 6 km from La Baule beach, you will find both the change of scenery and the calm of an exceptional place.
    Ground floor: parental suite of 25m2 with king size bed, walk-in shower, living room of 42m2, open kitchen of 24m2 fully equipped with small and large appliances, separate toilet, linen room (accessible to disabled people).
    Upstairs: 25 m2 bedroom with king size bed, 18m2 dormitory bedroom with 4 single (or modular) beds, 18m2 bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, wc, separate dressing room
    Outside: 70m2 terrace, with garden furniture, barbecue, 2,500m2 private garden, 25 hectare park, horses (box or meadow).
