「We were disappointed that we were asked personal questions by the management when checking in. The questions asked were not appropriate or necessary. This took away from the pleasure of our experience and made us feel uncomfortable from the beginning. This was our second time at this property. We were not asked those questions the first time we stayed there. This experience will affect our decision making next time we consider spending time in Guatape.」

「Let’s start with the check-in. I felt like we were being interrogated. Now let’s talk the room. It’s completely outdated. There is no AC and a fan that goes on and off. It is clean. The booking was supposed to be a buffet breakfast but due to lack of people in hotel they offered to cook eggs with arepa and a slice of cheese. Only coffee and anything else was going to cost extra. 「清潔で快適な空間で、居心地が良いホテルでした。 スタッフさんはフレンドリーで、スペイン語が苦手な自分でも、笑わず根気よく対応してくれました。 そのため、部屋に入る前からこのホテルの印象が良かったのです。 部屋は、空けた瞬間に良い香が漂い、ベットやバスを含め室内の設備は清掃が行き届いていたので、不快さは全く覚えませんでした。 お部屋からピエドラ・デル・ペニョルが目の前に見えるのは圧巻で雄大さを感じました。ベストプレイスです！ ピエドラ・デル・ペニョルまでは徒歩で行くこともできますが、坂が多く、Google mapで表示される最短ルートは交通止で行けなかったので、ホテルのスタッフさんに三輪バイクトゥクトゥクを依頼して入り口まで移動するのがベストです。 唯一のマイナス点は、お湯が出るまでに時間が掛かるので、冷たい水が苦手な方は、夜遅くではなく早い時間にシャワーは浴びた方が良いかと。 それ以外は全く問題無く、静かで落ち着いて宿泊ができるホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。」
