「We loved our stay at this hotel! Although we weren't happy with the location of the room we were initially assigned to, we expressed our concern to the staff and they quickly assigned us to a different room. Everything was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.」

「Had to call maintenance to lower air conditioner. He was very nice n patient. No hand or face towels in any of the washrooms. Asked for kettle to boil water and they gave us a pot. Our joint guests in next room had no soap or sharp pops in one of the bathroom. 」

「The property is everything as advertised. So much so we had planned for a day outing into the rainforest and decided against it because we were so at peace hanging out on the property. We didn’t even bother with the AC. We just opened up all the windows and let the natural air circulate and listen to the sounds of the rainforest. Our host Thomas was incredibly friendly, helpful, and ready with recommendations. Will most definitely be returning to this little slice of Heaven. 」
