"Não fiquei no imóvel, simplesmente quando chegamos e vimos as condições fomos embora. Ficamos em um hotel em Capitólio. As fotos do anúncio não condiz com a realidade. Lugar, casa, tudo péssimo, sem contar a estrada de terra. Mandei recado para o proprietário que não iria ficar e até hoje nem satisfação deu. Paguei por uma coisa que não utilizei. Não recomendo de forma alguma."

"The staff is very attentive, simple and always willing to serve. Reception should be though more warm and welcoming. It seems they work under some pressure. They should be trained to make the Balneário more welcoming. This is not a reprimand, but only a suggestion for management to improve the place. "
