"once reaching my roo.key card didnt work..had to be reset at desk..on the first floor so i needed a SECURE balcony door.wouldnt lock..was told i could use front door til someone came for repairs..explained i couldnt leave my room unsecured.eventually the whole door lock and fixture replaced..front ..."
