It it a very basic accommodation. People were nice but the door lock was weird had to lock from inside when leaving. First couple of days room wasnt serviced dunno why cause i left the sign outside. Pool looked ok but didnt visit. The noise from pool at night is insane, why is the "fountain" thing on the whole night makes no sense to me. The noise from planes having the airport next door was awful. Was never told about restaurants etc so I did my own thing and ordered ubereats. Is only convenient to the airport, not great for the port or cruise port. Internet worked well. Pillows need renewal. Staff were nice, nothing spectacular, just nice.

Hotel was perfect. You’re literally right on the beach and close to everything. Staff was amazing. Definitely will be back.

The noise is unbearable. We were on the third floor and had small windows connected a metal stairway that is so loud and it was like they were having a party up on the roof all night. We had to be up at 1am to catch a flight and couldn’t sleep at all. Between the paper thin walls where we hear everything the other rooms in our hall were doing and the loud party, we couldn’t sleep. At $500 a night this was unacceptable. The place is clean and comfortable, but you can’t relax at night with all the noise.

This hotel is amazing 🤗. My fiancé and I loved everything from the location, the amenities, the room itself is gorgeous, the complimentary champagne drinks upon entering, the customer service is top tier and the pool/ jacuzzi was so relaxing and luxurious. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay memorable.

Room was good but dated, toilet wouldn't stop running.. asked front dest to sweep my patio and get rid of some ants as well as clean cat hair off my lounge chair on Saturday, never seen anyone and i left on Tuesday
