The owners, Helene and Pascal, could not have been nicer or more helpful (they were in a small bungalow next door so available if needed but never in the way). We used the outdoor kitchen exclusively and lived around the pool or in the ocean. The floating dock and last section of stairs had been ripped out by a storm, but a temporary ladder was available and worked fine, although we did miss the floating dock. "What a location! The house itself is fine, the layout worked really well for our group which consisted of my wife and I, our two boys age 8 and 10 and my in-laws. "We stayed for a week as a family of 8 including 3 teens. The open nature of the house was wonderful! Being able to wander out to the pool or lounge on the covered porch or walk down to snorkel across the street was divine. The kitchen had all we need. "Ce logement est bien spacieux ,très bien situé pour découvrir Basse Terre. Il est situé à côté de la superbe plage de Malendure et à proximité des ilets pigeon, de la route de la traversée ce qui permet de bien rayonner en voiture. Notre fils a passé pas mal de temps dans le hamac de ma terrasse exterieure bien agréable pour les repas. Les chambres sont climatisées .L'accueil d'Huguette et de son mari a été chaleureux. "The villa was just as described online. A lovely space in a tranquil setting with a great view. Our hostess couldn't have been better. She brought beverages and breakfast due to our late arrival and recommended a day trip to a botanical garden which we enjoyed. We appreciated the cleanliness and would highly recommend the villa to others."

"The house is very beautiful like the pictures. The location is close to everywhere in few minutes. The owner is super nice. I need to check in earlier and the owner was already waiting for me when I arrived. There was already had welcome bread and water in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. It was 5-6 minutes drive to Pearl Beach or Deshaies. 5 minute walk on pathway south to Gadet Beach, a calmer cove for swimming and much less visited than the big beaches. "Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe."
