Reserved a room last minute at night due to flight cancellations. Very grateful for the staff to accommodate my overnight check-in. Based on the price I paid, this was a great place to stay. The breakfast was good and I felt comfortable staying there. The A/C sounded worn out with squeaking noises, but it worked fine and quickly cooled the room on a humid day. My only issue was with the Wi-Fi, for some reason at night it just doesn't work and during the day it sometimes goes out. I'm not sure if this is an infrastructure issue in the area or if the hotel needs to update their wiring or equipment. I had to work from my room so Wi-Fi was important.

I happen to visit the Guadalajara city on a last minute trip. I was in a need of a room I went to the Marriott. It was $500 per night during my search on the Internet. I found this place and honest to God the truth it’s if it’s not as good as a Marriot it’s an even much better it’s safe it’s clean it’s quiet and it’s a beautiful place. I am so happy I found it and I paid the fraction what I would have paid at the Marriott.

La habitacion 301 que fue donde me asignaron la televisión nunca funcionó el control remoto lo reporte 2 veces y nunca la repararon, la manija del agua caliente de la regadera estaba floja y nunca la cambiaron me hospede 2 noches y en la segunda no me resurtieron ni jabon ni papel de baño

Me dijeron que mi habitación ya no estaba disponible porque no la pagué antes de las 6pm, cuando la política decía que era pago en hotel y que el check in terminaba hasta 11:30pm. Terminaron dándome habitación pero el check in fue de lo más lento. Al check out estuve esperando 10-15min a que me atendieran, no había nadie en recepción, hasta que toqué el cristal fuerte pues tenían música y salió la recepcionista.
