Restroom was smelly all the time. No laundry you have to pay extra for that. They only clean once a week. There is lots of noise too. The staff were nice but I don’t recommend this place for long stay couple days would be fine.

En realidad todo funciona muy bien, la atención es personalizada y con respuesta inmediata a preguntas o asistencia. Muy fácil y claro en las instrucciones de acceso. La habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación muy buena y silenciosa. Hay depósito que se debe dar al llegar, mismo que cuando se hace con tarjeta de crédito es solo un bloqueo por el monto, en mi caso como no llevaba TC lo hice con débito y me lo cargaron, sin embargo me lo reembolsaron en menos de 24 horas de haber dejado la habitación. Muy recomendable.

La habitación con cocineta y refrigerador es lo más conveniente. Las almohadas de lujo, yo suelo sufrir por las almohadas, pero aquí son buenísimas! La propiedad esta super bien ubicada, muy segura y con fácil acceso a vías de comunicación y transporte. Me gustó mucho el roof y los murales iluminados. Los anfitriones siper amables, te hacen sentir como en casa. Definitivamente regreso pronto !

Está muy cerquita del metro y eso hace un super favor! Nos encantó eso. El personal se portó muy amable y accesible, ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos, tuvimos un pequeño mal entendido sobre el depósito al principio pero se esforzaron por hacernos la estancia muy agradable. La terraza 10/10. Recomendado, solo fíjense en el total del depósito, no les vaya a pasar como a nosotros :((
