"The Hotel sits in the center of the main part of Creel and is a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It's an easy walk or short taxi ride to the El Chepe train station. Our only complaint were the very firm beds that made sleeping difficult."

Pague un total de $6350 por 9 comidas, 2 tours al mirador, 2 caminatas a la cascada y 2 visitas viñedo que al final me inventaron una serie de pretextos para no dármelo , argumentando que me devolverían mi dinero. La chica de la recepción no quiso darme el estado de cuenta hasta no pagar las bebidas ($125), después quiso hacer las cuentas, me cobró de más. Siendo que previamente me enviaron costos diferentes por email la persona Sarahí...

"Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the canyons. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The only downside is that if you stay on the first floor, you can hear footsteps from the rooms above. Hotel is in front of the Chepe Express station"

"Overrated, the service was horrible. They even charge for WiFi service. Food hella expensive and bad not worth paying that much for bad service. Will not be considered for future trips "
