The lights in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom did not work, a stove burner was not working, a chair in the living room was broken and there was no working smoke detector. We also experienced the red water that was mentioned in other reviews. The house was in a good location for us but overall the experience was not worth it. "

"There was mold all over the room. We asked the front desk to cancel the reservation because we would stay somewhere else. They apologized and said that they could not do anything since the reservation was made through Hotels.com. When we reached out to Hotels.com they said the property would not honor any kind of a refund. We come to Jasper every year for a mountain bike race with many other people. Everyone needs to know that there is mold and DO NOT STAY Here!"

"This is extremely clean Quality Inn. The bed was great and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was okay, but there was no yogurt. They had no coffee prepared in the evening. "

"We have a getaway with friends every year. This has, by FAR, been our favorite place to stay! The views were breathtaking. The hot tub out back is perfect to sit wand look down over the valley. It's far enough from town to feel secluded but close enough to get to the middle of everything within 25-30 minutes. The cabin is clean and has everything you can think of. The beds were super comfy too!"
