Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. "Wir hatten wirklich schöne Tage am Bodensee. Da die Wohnung auf dem Berg liegt, empfehlen sich E-Bikes, wenn man nicht immer mit dem Auto fahren möchte. "Old farm house with low ceilings, very thoughtfully renovated. The owners managed to keep the houses character, and yet give the inside a modern feel. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. "The apartment is perfect for two - three adults and is a great "base" for local hiking in Switzerland and Austria. The drive time to Santis in Switzerland was 60-90 minutes and there are other local trails that were enjoyable. We did not engage in activities on the lake, but did walk pathway on the edge and it was nicely maintained with many local restaurant options. I recommend the place as it was close to the city, alpine hiking, clean, and good amenities in the kitchen."
