The villa is located in the small village of Martincici, in central Istria. The restored stone villa consists of two floors and is ideal for families with children or couples. The ground floor of the villa consists of a cosy living room with a TV and a vintage gramophone with records, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two cosy and comfortable bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath for romantic moments for two. From the bedrooms you have direct access to the terrace, from where you can enjoy the view of nature. The outdoor area is the highlight of the villa, where you can relax by the pool, unwind in the sauna or prepare delicious meals on the barbecue with your family. The terrace is covered and has a dining area where you can round off the warm evenings with a glass of Malvasia from Istria. The villa is completely fenced and has a car park for 3 cars. The villa offers its guests a charging station for electric cars.Villa Elysium Bellezza is located in the small village of Martinii, not far from the Istrian towns of Bale and Motovun. Motovun is one of the most famous and recognisable places in central Istria. The town is situated on a hill, surrounded by walls, and at the foot of the town is the valley of the river Mirna. Travelling through central Istria, you will see numerous medieval towns such as Gronjan, Buzet or Oprtalj. A walk through the narrow streets will take you back to the past of this region, and they also offer unique panoramic views. Central Istria is also known for its wine and food offer, so we recommend you try numerous Istrian delicacies such as Istrian pasta and truffles and round it all off with the best Istrian Malvasia. The Istrian coast is known for its cultural centres such as Pula and the amphitheatre, the old town of Rovinj and Pore with the Euphrasian Basilica. Istria has good road connections, so you can quickly get from one end to the other and experience as many different activities as possible.
