"Sonesta is a very nice place to stay. The kitchen area is nice. I hope they do breakfast soon"

"The room had a very heavy distinct odor of urine Only a couple electrical outlets worked. I never could find the remote for.the tv For a weekend of scheduled graduations, the hotel was very full, with a very small working staff. Employees seemed grumpy and frustrated. However there was enough thought to.raise the rates for.the night because of limited accomodations elsewhere. The parking lot has a pond in it, from rain, reducing the amount of parking spaces. I had to stand at the counter for 15 minutes before a clerk became available to check me in This isnt a clerks fault. This is purely poor management of a run down hotel. Ill never stay here again, and will probably rethink staying at another laquinta ever."

"Unfortunately the property was running without a manager. When arriving we were given a room key, but there was someone already in that room. Then the next room the one bed was used. The staff did apologize about the inconvenience The shuttle was great and timely for pick up and drop off"

"Ok stay, great location, disappointed that there was no Sundry Shop"

"Large and comfortable room. Lobby area was very nice. A little challenging to get to and leave from the highway. Parking spots were plentiful, but very narrow."

"Very clean. The bed was ok, but not great. The big disappointment was the noise form the adjacent room. The neighbor had their TV up very loud on an off until 2:30 am (So loud that I could still hear it through earplugs). I tried to call the front desk to have them ask the occupants to turn it down, however, the front desk phone was unattended at 2:00am when I called. I was under the impression that night managers are meant to be available during the early morning hours. I would also suggest hotels to have some kind of volume limit on TVs so that they cannot disrupt the neighboring rooms. Especially during sleeping hours."

"Everything was great"

"The room I had was neat. The bathroom shower head was held on by duct tape and came off while showering. There was no maintenance person on the premise. The only option was to move to another room. The AC unit was exposed and very dusty. You had to wash your own line. there was no replacement linens no replacement towels and you had to have your own toilet trees, including toilet paper. There was no phone and no remote to the TV. The cable was not cable. The channels didn’t match the shows that we’re being seen checked out a day early."
