"Our recent just over a week long stay was fantastic. The house is beautifully decorated and the pictures online are very accurate. Our dogs were welcome and they had a ball playing with Bentley, the Old English Sheepdog. Peggy was lovely and a very gracious host. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of downtown, dinning and shopping. We plan on staying here again next year."

"Property is wonderful. Anything you might need is in the unit and it was very clean. A few days in advance of our arrival, I asked if an early check in was possible. Brian was quick to respond to the message that we could be accommodated. It made our arrival to JAS festival much smoother. Easy walking distance to downtown Aspen and the restaurants."

Modern Riverfront Condo In Downtown Aspen

"Great condo in a great location! Easy to walk to town or to access grocery stores, restaurants, and other stores. Parking was super easy and convenient, and the condo itself was a great size with a nice kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.We really enjoyed the back patio and being able to sit outside by the creek. There was quite a bit of construction noise and did not have full privacy, but it was still a nice space to relax and enjoy the weather and views.The biggest downside for us was the outside noise at night, which woke us up multiple times during our stay. This may simply be typical for a condo setting, but it’s worth mentioning for light sleepers.We also had some issues with the shower draining properly and not having much hot water. There is no A/C or fan, which made the condo pretty warm during our stay due to the hot temperatures outside.Overall, though, we enjoyed the condo, loved the location, and would recommend it!"

"With the weather being so hot and windows open was a bit loud on the driveway and pool side at night. Would have liked more seating for deck or easier dinning room chairs to move about. Pool area was great! Parking was very easy for extra cars on street. Easy walk to City Market, and all things downtown!"

"This condo is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. It had everything my husband and son and I needed for a three night stay. The beds were comfortable, linens were nice and there were plenty of towels which was really nice. Soap, supplies and dishware were all plentiful. The lack of air conditioning can be an issue in the summer. There were fans and for the most part, we were ok. But I imagine during the height of the summer, this could be issue. The layout was good and gave us privacy, but the second bedroom does not have a desk and that was a small issue as our son had to work during our visit. It would have been helpful if his room had included a desk. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer which is one of the reasons we use VRBO versus a hotel. The location of the condo is fantastic. at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is within a few mins walk to the gondola and downtown Aspen. There are many restaurants, shops and venues in easy walking distance and we loved that. Be sure to try Silvers for bagels and breakfast/lunch. A two minute walk to a fun and yummy spot. We did not drive to a single activity-we walked. Given the prices in Aspen, this place is very reasonable. One thing is that the building is pretty old and my first impression was not great. But as we settled in, we felt very comfortable and everything is in good working order. We were cozy and really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this spot to friends and family."
