• Second Bedroom: King bed.
• Third Bedroom: One queen bed and two twin beds.
• Family-Friendly: A high chair and a Pack ’n play/travel crib are available.
• Pet-Friendly: We welcome your furry friends!
• Private Deck: Enjoy spectacular views of the sunny marina from your private second-floor deck.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire second-floor home.

• Parking: Ample free on-site parking is included with your stay.

We respect our guests` privacy but are available should you need anything during your stay. We can be easily reached through the app or by phone for any questions or local recommendations.

• Second-Floor Unit: This is a walk-up home located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs.
• Community Setting: The property is part of a community of cottages and is situated within an active marina. You may see other guests and boating activity.
• Shared Spaces: The firepit, grills, and recreational gear (kayaks, paddleboards, bikes) are shared amenities for all guests of the cottages to enjoy.
No Smoking
Please be respectful of furniture and borrowed equipment like bikes, paddles boards and kayaks.
The home is located within an active marina please be respectful of how and where you park and please no parking on the grass.
Do not affix anything to the walls or ceilings like 3M hooks, stickers, etc.
