In an idyllic setting, right in the center of the seaside resort of Porticcio, the Frassu estate is in the immediate vicinity of the beaches, shops and boat mooring.

This new and air-conditioned apartment, located on the 1st floor is composed of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen open to the air-conditioned living room, equipped with a rapido convertible sofa for 2 people (sleeping in 140), all overlooking the terrace. Two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds), with storage, a shower room and a separate WC complete the apartment.
