You’ll be staying on a 40-hectare farm at the end of a gravel road, surrounded by unspoiled nature. The property consists of two new main buildings designed by Petra Gipp Studio, as well as three older historic buildings. Here, you’ll have the entire farm to yourselves—both the main house and the barn, which has its own bathroom and kitchen.
The houses are built of Swedish wood with top-tier Scandinavian design. The kitchen is designed for communal cooking, featuring large work surfaces, two ovens, and a fireplace. All bedrooms offer views of the garden and forest. The greenhouse, which is connected to the main house, invites nature inside through large windows.
A stream flows through the property, where you’ll find both a hot tub and a sauna by the brook. There’s also a natural swimming hole with a sandy bottom—perfect for a dip under a starry sky. In the summer, the fig tree and grapevine in the greenhouse bloom, creating a green oasis of its own.
The farm is located in one of Sweden’s largest beech forest areas, featuring 12 nature reserves and some 20 lakes. Hiking trails begin right at the house. The sea is just a 30-minute drive away, and Halland offers plenty of cafés, farm shops, bakeries, and restaurants to explore.
At this idyllic farm, you’ll stay in the spacious main house with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a social kitchen with a lounge—and if you’re a larger group of more than 8 people, the charming “Ladan” also opens its doors, so that up to 12 guests in total can enjoy their time together.
