VILLA CHIANTI RUBINO

Set in the very heart of Chianti Classico, this wonderful Villa,  once the place where the estate produced and stored its wine, can accommodate a large family or group who are looking for a stay full of relaxation and luxury. With its sprawling lawn, 360 degree views, garden and impeccably designed panoramic pool, the Villa is a short walk to the quaint village of Panzano, a town famous for its wine with all the convenience of services and shops. The Villa  spreads on 2 different levels, and is very well decorated in a mix of modern and classic style. There are different accesses to the villa: the main doorway can be considered the one on second level. In its interior the villa has 7 en-suite double bedrooms, a large living room, 2 sitting rooms, a dining room fit to accommodate even up to 30 people, a modern and very well equipped kitchen.
The main entrance is accessed through the garden where you’ll find a large living area with a large open plan kitchen with a seven burner stove and double oven. From the kitchen there are French doors leading to a patio with a dining area for al fresco meals to accommodate all guests. This is a perfect place to organise cooking classes because of the modular tables and can host up to thirty people for a party or event. On the same floor you’ll find two suites with private bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi tub and a third bedroom with an en suite bathroom is also located on this level. A short flight of steps leads you to the second floor with four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
