Så trevlig personal! Vackert hus och fantastiskt område. Rekommenderas starkt! Vi kände oss så välkomna. Fantastiskt god mat. Eftterrätterna är ett måste. Fina rum med sköna sängar och ordentliga sutters för fönsterna som gjorde det mörk och svalt. AC. Gångavstånd till Panzano de chianti med vingårdar och restauranger.

Castle-like relaxation with a view!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Wonderful castle-like building that makes it feel like you have traveled back in time, comfortable room with AC and a view over the Tuscan hills and a quiet pool area with the same wonderful view. Leonardo was great, serving us drinks by the pool and at the terrass in the evening!

Excellent Stay

The property was spacious and clean, in a perfect location. Short walk from the centre and we enjoyed our time at a winery recommended by the property: La Fonti. Spectacular views and a lovely, clean pool. The food at their restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Lovely and friendly staff. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking of visiting the countryside of Tuscany.

Underbart ställe med fantastisk utsikt! Lugnt, harmoniskt och romantiskt. God mat och bra service. Eftersom vi inte hade någon bil och taxi är väldigt dyrt så hade det varit super om hotellet hade haft nån form av shuttle eller pick-up service att erbjuda gästerna.

Vackert beläget, mysig stämning!

Fint gammalt stenhus vackert beläget mellan toscanska kullar, vinodlingar och olivträd. Huset ligger ca 10 min promenad från den lilla staden Panzano med vacker utsikt och flera restauranger. Går att ta sig till huset med buss från Florens men bil rekommenderas då det är mycket trafik på vägarna (mörkt på kvällarna om man varit inne i staden) och ganska långt om man vill göra utflykter. Fint poolområde och god frukost med nybakt bröd och gott kaffe. Rummet var enkelt och lantligt inrett. Rent, fräsch och mysigt. Rummet har varken tv, minibar eller AC men då temperaturen sjönk på kvällarna så funkade det med en bordsfläkt. Personalen var hjälpsam och stämningen familjär, hade gärna kommit tillbaka!

Rustic Italian

The views from this hotel were amazing and the staff were really lovely. It's a very traditional Italian hotel - very rustic - so if you're looking for something authentic its perfect. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Vi bodde där i 2 nätter. Romantisk plats med fina rum, mycket trevlig personal. Vi blev uppgraderade till svit vilket var väldigt trevligt.

Relais Fattoria Valle is a charming find nestled in between Greve in Chianti and Panzano. The guestrooms are stately, huge and spacious, the furnishings reminiscent of a different era, albeit a little worn. The staff will be proud to tell you that the property has remained under the ownership of the same Italian family for years and the decent breakfast spread can be enjoyed outdoors, with a good dose of the crisp country air. Recommended as a change from the small town B&Bs that are all around Italy but would definitely require a car.

Beautiful old world stay in Tuscany

This is the perfect place to go when you are looking to relax, surrounded by the beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany. We had a wonderful time! I want to write a special note to say thank you to Elisa who was a fantastic part of our trip. Immediately upon check-in she made us feel right at home after a long day of travel. It was so nice to have such a friendly face be our first impression at the hotel. Her excellent customer service continued throughout the week. When we left she was extremely helpful with the checkout and even provided us with a morning 'to-go' breakfast box since we left for the airport at the early hour of 3am. I look forward to returning to Relais Fattoria Valle with family and hope I will have the opportunity to introduce them to Elisa.

A romantic Tuscany gem!

We absolutely loved our stay at Relais Fattoria Valle. It is exquisite in beauty, and relaxing beyond measure. Elisa went out of her way to accommodate us and also provided excellent advice on wonderful Tuscany towns to visit. She was friendly and charming, just like the entire stay!! The meals were great and the views spectacular!

Authentic Tuscany with charm and character

We spent 4 nights in June 2017 travelling as a couple and had one of the most memorable stays of our entire month in Italy. The hotel and surrounds have authenticity, charm and history. Our room (Room 27) was tastefully decorate with period furnishings and being a corner room had delightful views of Panzano and the tuscan hills. We had a hire car which is highly recommended to get the most out of exploring Tuscany. It was very hot (30-33 celcius) during our stay, however, the pool that picks up the afternoon sun was a perfect place to relx and cool off. The evenings cooled quickly and opening up our room made it very comfortable (our room did not have air conditioning like most authentic italian villas and is not needed). I could not speak more highly of the staff - Lara upon arrival helping us settle and providing us with ideas for the coming days, Elise in the evenings to organise drinks, dinner and activities, Francesco the chef with his authentic tuscan cooking and patience with a wonderful cooking class and all the other staff too! We could not fault our stay...was a tremendous experience. We will absolutely be recommending to all and will definately return.

En natt på detta charmiga ställe

Fantastisk placerat hotell med promenadavstånd in till närmaste by. Huset är ett fantastiskt gammalt adelshus med 3,5-4m i tak i rummen. Bra frukost och blev väl bemötta. Rekommenderas varmt!

Schön gelegenes Landgut zum Entspannen

In die malerische Umgebung von Panzano liegt das Hotel in einem Park, der von Olivenhainen eingebettet ist. Von der Terasse hat man den Blick auf die Weinanbaugebiete von Panazano "Panzanello". Die Zimmer sind groß, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist unaufdringlich und sehr herzlich, so daß wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Erwartungen an einen Landhausurlaub in der Toskana wurden voll erfüllt. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Beautiful Hotel in Wine Country

Cute, rustic hotel in the middle of wine country. The place is on a hill overlooking the vineyards with an incredible view. The staff, especially Elisé (spelling?) who served us both days at the restaurant, was extremely nice and spoke English. The patio is perfect for watching the sunsets, and the pool was clean and a nice bonus in the hot afternoons. The restaurant was fabulous and we actually ate there both nights so that we didn't have to worry about driving. The tomato pasta dish with chili was one of my favorite meals during the trip. A nice breakfast was also included. FYI - there are mosquitoes in Tuscany, so come prepared.

Terrible and expensive

When we arrived we saw the place from the outside and it looked interesting. However, we were very disappointed when we got in as the inside was very old and dark. Then we went to the room which was not what we expecting based on the price and the reviews. We expected it to have the regular hotel room amenities but there was no tv, kettle or minibar. The bathroom was small and, as the rest of the room, it was rather old and lacking some refresh. Furthermore, we asked about dinner at the restaurant and they said that the restaurant was going to be closed. In general the place felt like it was an old house with old stuff inside and in need of a major renovation. We stayed at other hotels around Tuscany, paid less and got better quality and experience. We cannot really understand how this place has got so good reviews that actually tricked us into booking a room. Not recommended at all.
