「Clean. Check-in and out was done efficiently, but getting someone to the desk required finding and calling a number. The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good. 「My son stayed here for 3 months during a summer internship. The location was perfect for him at a great price. It was close to his job and convenient to stores, restaurants, and outdoor activities. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues during his stay that were addressed very quickly by the host. I would recommend this property and would use it again in the future if the need arises. Later a worker came and said they had a room but the fridge doesn’t work. Manager wouldn’t discount the room, this was a 4 night reservation. Then a worker said they had a room but it wasn’t clean. We waited for them to clean it. A worker said they hadn’t been paid in 4 weeks, if true.,that’s bad business」
