「We had a wonderful stay.」

「This guy is a scammer, an hour before my checkin they finally sent me the "location" and claimed they needed more time to clean the property. Then at 5 pm and hour after they claimed their was a gas leak and I couldn't stay there. Only thing is the address they sent me wasn't real and I am convinced this listing is fake in and used to trick people into staying at their actual property in yonkers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!」

「Definitely as advertised. Host very helpful. Expensive given the tiredness of the house.」

「An hour before check-in we were called by the property manager, after four days of messaging them through the app without response, to advise us that the property had an alleged water pipe burst and was unavailable, then attempted to upcharge us for alternate accommodations. An alternate place to stay was finally provided at no additional charge but much smaller than what had been booked. Given the absence of communication for four days and then a sudden incident the day of check-in - the day...

「We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

「Comfortable beds and close to good food」

「Had plenty of room and close to where we needed to be. It was clean and easy to check in and out. Ample street parking. I would definitely use this place again if I’m back in the area.」

「Very clean, modern and comfortable. Host was helpful and a great communicator. We will definitely stay again! 」

「Farida was an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay when we visited NY.」

「We were in town for a family birthday celebration. Before booking, we looked at the area hotels and they were all either very expensive, or, had terrible reviews. This was just what we needed for an overnight stay - clean, nice neighborhood, private entrance and property and easy parking right out front.」

「The room was very comfortable, and check in was smooth. I would caution families with small children from staying here, because of many of the signs decorating the interior are inappropriate (mild profanity, toilet humor). But the amenities were great, and the temperature was good, even though it's a basement unit.」
