"There is no full kitchen "

"We arrived at 7:30 pm and our room was not ready until after 8:15pm.We were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. Then, we had to wait 30 mins for the staff to clean our new room. It was a disappointing situation."

"We had the BEST stay at this home! Everything was clean, beds were comfy and layout of the house was perfect for ten of us! Kitchen was well stocked, lots of fluffy towels, quality soaps and shampoos. Kids were excited about the s’mores kit that the hosts gifted us and the garage full of fun games. Inside the house was beautiful and well taken care of and outside was a paradise for our kids to explore the woods, creek, obstacle course, and play equipment. It was just the relaxing weekend our family needed and we hope to come back for a longer trip next time! You could easily stay here comfortably for weeks. Feels off the grid but still close to access groceries and a quick drive to get to downtown Greenville. Honestly a wonderful experience! "

"Filthy, and it was definitely NOT a non-smoking room. I cleaned the entire room and bathroom myself and used my own linens. You have to go to the front desk to get fresh towels or toilet paper, not a maid in sight the entire week I was there, and you have to take your trash out to the trash cans. The only reason I stayed is because they don't charge for pets. "

"Room was dirty with carpet not vacuumed. Second night at 5 AM, a stranger African American knock my door and we were scared. We checked out on 19th February instead of 24th February and went to friends home. We must get refund for February 20th to 24th. "

"Giving 1 star to this host is a Gift. To think that we had to sleep on dirty sheets, blankets and find a mattress pad with 2 blood stains on it when we attempted to change the sheets only to find the other sheets were stained as well... shameful!! And not to offer any refund is horrible customer service. To spend almost 700 for dirty beds is awful. Customer service is nonexistent here.. don't waste your money on this house. "
