It is due for an update and there was a roach in the bathroom but it was not dirty. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. It was safe with wasting parking and room access.

This is an excellent place to stay. Very clean, affordable, quiet and safe area. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially the night clerk Nicola. We will stay there again.

The property was nice and clean. The clerk was courteous and helpful. I didn't like when you turned on the bathroom light. The vent also came on and was very very noisy. Other than that. My stay was nice

I never expected to be so pleased with my stay. I’d been reading reviews of properties trying to find somewhere clean and safe for solo travel. This property was a pleasant surprise. I will say there was a slight stale-ish odor when I arrives but it’s August in Alabama and the ac was turned off when I arrived. That explained that. The property is in a great location, easy to find, not too close to any surrounding businesses to be bothersome or noisy. Staff were wonderfully helpful. Breakfast was good. I only wish the property was closer to my destination so I could stay there for the remainder of my stay in AL.

The manager was so kind to us and our grandchildren. Everything was clean and we felt safe. Breakfast was well stocked. We loved the pool but did have to ask staff to unlock it twice during open hours but they did so right away.

Clean room, Courteous staff, Convenient location. 4 stars (only) due to mediocre breakfast. We had some noisy neighbors but that certainly wasn't the fault of Best Western. Overall...pretty solid, especially for the price. I'd stay here again.
