I loved the history of the hotel and the manager, Bryan, was impressive beyond all expectations. He was gracious, informative, enthusiastic, passionate and I could have listened all day as we took us through the formation of Greeensboro. My hope is that the hotel will be preserved to secure the history and stand as the institution that it is. It is a gem and deserves to be treated as such.

The property is very format looking and I loved the plateware and the look of many things that I saw. The traditional elevator is also worth the price of admission. You'll have a great time here!

The original room we where supposed to stay in with the king bed the mini split unit was extremely loude , no way we where going to get a good night sleep. The staff were accommodating they did move us to a different room with a queen bed but the rug was dirty the bed headboard had mold and the ceiling fan was full of dust. Will not be staying there in the future. Oh and the breakfast was disappointing the coffee was undrinkable had to go out for breakfast. The building outside definitely needs to be kept up.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of parks, shops and restaurants. The building has old-fashioned charm - large windows, wood floors and a vintage elevator. The waffle bar was a big hit with my traveling companion.

The Biltmore Greensboro Hotel was a great place to spend the night when we were in town for a concert. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The decor is very nice. The staff was friendly, helpful and respectful. We loved that the front door gets locked at night and no one gets in unless they are a guest.

Being an historic property, some allowances are to be expected. Loved the continental breakfast - lots of options. Likewise the dining options in the neighborhood. Walking distance to the performing arts center. And the floor squeaked as did the bed springs.
