The Warwick Apartment.
We have worked hard to ensure your visit is a perfect stay.
For your comfort, we provide Designer Emma Mattresses, High Speed WiFi (200mps), Nespresso Coffee Machine, Molton Brown Toiletries, 50in Samsung UHD TV (with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video etc.), Modern Furnishings, Integrated Kitchen and more.
We are located just a few minutes walk from the scenic Esplanade as well as Beauty Salons, Restaurants, Supermarkets and other amenities.
The Warwick consists of two bedrooms, one large reception room, a kitchen and a bathroom all leading from the main hallway.
Our large Reception Room includes a 4-6 seater dining table as well as a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed with additional duvet and pillows. It also includes additional seating and generous natural light from the windows.
Our brand new Kitchen includes all the integrated appliances you need as well as Coffee Machine, plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery.
All of our main rooms have large windows to allow natural light to flow through the apartment. In addition to this, warm lighting has been fitted throughout to ensure a homely-feel, along with central heating in every room. Blackout roller blinds have been installed to ensure a pleasant nights sleep, and hopefully a lie-in too!
Greenock is a lovely community with great access to attractive locations. The Warwick is an easy 25-minute drive from central Glasgow, 1-hour 20-minute drive from Edinburgh as well as being adjacent to the beautiful islands off the West Coast of Scotland.
The Warwick is located around the corner from fine restaurants such as Torino’s Pizzeria, West Bar and Zane’s Curry House as well as multiple supermarkets, beauty salons and Oak Mall Shopping Centre.
The Warwick is but a few moments away from Greenock’s Ocean Terminal and The Tontine Hotel.
Transport links are easily accessible including Greenock Central Train Station being a 15-minute walk or 5-minute car ride, Greenock West Train Station being a 9-minute walk or 3-minute car ride and Bus links to many locations less than a minute walk away
We are very fortunate to have free parking all around the Warwick. If you are staying over the weekend, then you can park for free directly outside of the property. If you are here during Monday – Friday, there are restrictions in place for 8:15-9:15am as well as 5:00-6:00pm directly outside BUT this can be avoided by parking in the many roads surrounding us that do not have restrictions in place. These roads are less than a minute walk from the property.

My recent stay at the Warwick was fantastic, the whole booking process was very simple, Jamie and Mark were fantastic from replying to my questions online to checking me into the property and keeping in touch throughout. The flat itself is in a nice quiet location with very friendly neighbours and the property inside is beautiful. The flat is spotless and very well equipped, nothing was too much trouble for the host and I felt very welcomed, the flat is very comfortable and I will be sure to stay again when required. Thank you.
Convenient location, but there were a number of items that could be improved for the next guests. I would suggest that the pots and pans be given a refresh as well as providing some cooking utensils that were more friendly to the pots and pans.I would also suggest that some documentation be provided for future guests to garbage/recycling procedures, local points of interest and/or recommended places to eat, get groceries, etc.Perhaps invest in a fitted sheet that fits the mattress in the master bedroom as well as a proper broom and dustpan to make tidying up a bit easier.Overall, the flat met our needs for the week that we were there, but the minor refresh items would have made this a 5 star review.

The apartment was clean and well presented with modern decoration throughout and all the amenities we needed. It was conveniently located to local shops with easy access to surrounding hills and walking trails.
