"The room was great but the staff was even greater, especially LOU PATINO!!! I checked out of my room and had over an hour wait for my ride to pick me up. I was coughing as I had allergies, but my medicine was all packed away in my suitcase. Lou could hear the distress in my cough, brought me an antihistamine, and then went in the back and made me a cup of hot tea with lemon. I felt so much better and was much perkier when my friend picked me up. Lou was so nice and went well beyond the call of duty for one of your hotel guests…me! Thank you so much, Lou! "We paid $1200 and could not use the balcony. We had workers outside the balcony cleaning and doing construction with yellow tape - we were unable to go outside. The noise was so bad we couldn’t sleep. We were told there was no other rooms and yet someone else had only booked that night and got the 6th floor - we won’t be back."
