Clean room. Just wished they had something different then the same thing everyday for breakfast

The staff were very helpful. The location was very convenient. The room was clean and it was nice there were 3 elevators so we didn’t have to wait for a long time.

This is a GREAT LOCATION! Very convenient and quick service. The employees were just lovely and the service was excellent. The property (rooms) were functional and clean but could use some updating. The were no USB receptacles so bring your own adapters. The air conditioning system was rather "antique" but effective. The shower and bathroom itself was very nice - strong water pressure. The "grab and go" breakfast was a pastry, a beverage, and a fruit (apple or orange). Simple but effective. I would definitely stay there again especially since the price was excellent considering the location. Great for the families who want to spend a weekend in NYC so see the sites.

Convenient location. Snug but very comfortable room with everything controlled by iPad app. Quiet, dark room and very comfortable bed. Great work space in the lower lobby. 100% will stay here again.
