"The room was dirty. It needed a deep clean. There were two big spider webs hanging on the ceiling. The pillows were flimsy and did not hold their shape at all. Two of the three lights above the sink were out. We did not eat breakfast. The air conditioner worked great. "

"Our room was disgusting... I had to wash walls to even be comfortable staying. Black hand prints on door trim and walls. Sticky cold tile floors. It stunk. We did bring pets, but we also paid a pet fee. You should not be give a discusting room, just because you have pets. We also booked this room because we wanted a hot tub. Again disappointed. They did have one, it was even clean, but it was freezing cold."

"Clean room, great breakfast options. My daughter has dairy and egg allergies and they had plenty of options including almond and soy milk!! I’ve never stayed at any hotel that offered that. It was so nice we didn’t have to leave to find her something safe to eat. "
