This was easy walking to the Dixie Round Up Rodeo. Room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and amazing. Great stay and would stay again. There for Rodeo and Zion National Park

The staff were wonderful and the place was very clean. We had a wonderful time there. Breakfast was wonderful with many warm and cold options not limited to sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, juices, etc.

We stayed on our way to Bryce Canyon after flying into Las Vegas. Looked for an updated motel vibe and it was great! Room was wonderful. Beautifully updated would definitely stay again. We didn’t use any of the amenities tho they had a very nice looking pool and provided breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised by this motel. The room was a good size with 3 beds. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. Great water pressure in the shower. The staff were so pleasant and went above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing, so hot and good. Pool was a good temperature with a neat view of the red rock cliffs. We really enjoyed our stay, would stay again!

Nice property with everything we needed. Updated , very spacious and well maintained. Staff were top notch, pool area relaxing, very convenient, close to shopping and dining. Breakfast was the best in 2.5 weeks of travel stays—eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, hot oatmeal etc. The best value we experienced and much appreciated.

Newly renovated property. The room was very nice and extremely clean! Bedding was bright white. Beds were very comfy. Price tag was superb in comparison to other hotels in the area….that are (just as) old but run-down/not updated.
