"Beautiful property with the most professional, helpful staff! Our room was gorgeous and the jacuzzi was already running when we arrived :) easy access to Cavo Paradiso and Paraga beach with choice of beach clubs. We booked a suite that came with a free spa service, free entry and sun beds at Tropicana beach clubs, and 10% off the restaurant. The massages were well worth it. The hotel is built on a hill so they have drivers that help to take you up for breakfast buffet and the infinity pools on top level, which hosted AMAZING views. Additionally, we arranged round trip transport from the port and our driver (named started with a D?) was there on time without any hassle - he was fantastic and very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely come back again.
The only nit-picky complaints I have was about the bedding and the difficulty with espresso maker in the room. The beds only were dressed with very very thin sheet-like comforter and sheets were a bit scratchy. The espresso machine was placed on top of mini fridge in room but no available outlets were available to use so needed to bring espresso machine across the room to actually use."
