"The resort was nice and relaxing with decent food and activities. However, the customer service lacked a lot in terms of making reservations for restaurants and requesting room service. Also the water stopped working in the middle of the night."

"We visited the resort for a wedding and stayed 5 nights. It was not enough time to even explore the whole resort as it is very large compared to other places we stayed. The food was better than average at the buffet and we had a tomahawk steak dinner on the beach which was the best meal we had there. The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. We did not enjoy how some of the vendors on the resort were a little pushy but understand they all just are trying to make a living. The beach wasn’t as nice or as clean as some, but they have a lot of coastline to maintain. Overall I would recommend the resort if you are looking for a quality stay at a reasonable price."

"Who stayed in our junior suite pool view pull access suite it was kept very clean by the staff every day we paid extra for an elite upgrade, which was nice because we had all the drinks, guaranteed reservations at all the restaurants. We went on a few excursions as it was my first trip there my daughters have gone before I would truly like to go again"

"The only thing that kinda sucked was our toliet kept leaking since day one. We constantly called the front desk and they sent people out everyday but it would continue to leak/not flush. Refused to do any accommodations also. But besides the bathroom, we loved the staff! If you tip early on they will remember you and care for you better. Hotel was nice. Free stuff they had kayaking and paddle boarding , we did the spa which was sweet!"

"I bought a 5 day honeymoon for my son and his bride. They didnt want to trll me, but their room had MOLD all over the bathroom AND the bed skirt!!! I am so mad. The "resort" lost power 3 times, their tv would not hook up to wifi! This place is trash!!! Never again. RUN"

"We had a wonderful time at this resort. Everything was clean, and you could always see staff cleaning around the resort. The food was delicious and refilled quickly. Staff was friendly and quick. We have two little ones, so we spent most of our time at the kids pool or the beach. They also loved the kids show at night. Our room was very quiet, and we got a crib for our 12-month old. "
