"Friendly staff and clean rooms/facilities. Buffet is what you expect at an all inclusive. Lots of walking from the blvd to the pool and beach. Kids loved the water park and beach activities."

"There was a shortage of lounge chairs around the pool and on the beach by the afternoon. Also it would be nice if more padded chairs were available. If you wanted one, you had to get there before 6:00AM. We were there 3 years ago and the food was very good. This year we were very disappointed…example: no lobster at the Lobster Lounge, we couldn’t even get into the Hibachi during our 7 day stay. We had a terrible experience at the Sports Bar. The entertainment at night was horrible."

"Everything was great. We did get the remodeling and construction notification. On our two days stay 02/22-02/24 there was a lot of noise above our room from the construction. If we had the television on it wasn't too bad. Having the washer/dryer was a plus. My kids are asking to go back to this resort for a longer stay so that is a plus. "

"Employees were great, the towels sometimes had stains or crusty parts but we're still clean, we upgraded our room to one with a Jacuzzi but it was broken and it took multiple days for them to fix it. No streaming services on the TVs, food was great! I would definitely come back but be sure to have a room upgrade as I feel the cleanliness of the upgraded room was better. "

"We had significant problems with the air conditioning and could not use our beautiful suite for 6 days until the hotel finally explained that we could turn air conditioning off and on and it was quite simple. We requested a refund from the hotel for the one week where we had to just run out of our “freezer” quickly and one of us got a sore throat , the other eat aches and a cough because of the constant cold blowing in us while sleeping under 3 heavy blankets and got very little sleep during that week. Hotel said we have to go through Expedia for the refund and Expedia will contact to the person at the hotel to get that arranged. We will do that. Otherwise hotel is very good, staff is excellent, clean and pleasant, many families with lots of children. The property is geared towards families with smaller children und younger travellers. Activities for older adults are clearly missing."
