「Es un hotel grande y bonito pero ciertas personas son ásperas sobre todo en los bares no te tratan muy bien.. y lo peor fue aceptar que nos llevarán a otro hotel de la misma cadena Barceló. Dijeron que fueramos a conocer el otro hotel acomer y conocerlo y te salen con ventas exorbitantes de planes vacacionales que uno no quiere y van acosandote de todas las maneras para que compres algo que uno no quiere.. y después te quieren dejar botado en ese hotel.. así que si les ofry. No vayan!!」
「Room cleansing is the worst.
It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues.
The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal.
