「Loved that the Resort was so close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and courteous esp the Dining room staff - Angie, Marven, Would have preferred more Menu options. And if there was AC in the dining areas, thank you Nidhi 」

「Overall the resort was great. To be even better, they need more shuttles roaming the property to transport guests to the pools and their rooms. The beach at the resort is unswimmable but Cokie is a short walk. No need to wait for the shuttle. Dining options are very limited. But, the food at the one restaurant is good. 」

「The hotel is amazing. Great views, great food, great service from the staff. They have plenty of activities to take part in right at the resort everyday. The only bad part was the constant pestering for money me and my wife got when we walked outside the resort for a few blocks to the Casino during the day. Very annoying. Maybe nightlife is a bit less bothersome.」

「My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. 」

「Well, we all had to be moved from the 4th floor upon arrival, the rug getting off the elevator smelled like urine. The smell was nauseating. The murphy bed worked well. Once you pull it out, the space is gone that you had next to the window. The rooms sre small. It worked for us, 2 adults and an 8 year old. If you are going to have a washing machine and dryer, you have to keep it clean. It was great to have a laundromat on the property and thdy give you free detergent and you can give them the...
