「The property itself is absolutely charming! Staff is welcoming & hospitable. I wouldn’t get discouraged about the area itself. There’s night life and great views alongside restaurants and plenty to do. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are kept clean! A/C was great overall very satisfied. 」

「I love the hospitality of the staff! Everyone is so welcoming and easy to talk to. I also like how safety is important to the staff and the presence of security. I stayed by myself in a private room and it was very clean and cozy. The wifi didn't work so great, but the area is so beautiful and full of life that I didn't want to spend much time in my room anyway. "Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars."
