We arrived in advance of a wedding in OC, NJ with our family and our pet to find this place in a total state of construction with no floors, furniture all piled up in the hallway, unflushed toilet, etc etc. All the while, some wacko is communicating with me through VRBO’s messenger app guiding me to the key for the house and saying “they’ve never had a situation like this before”. Happy others seem to have had a decent experience but my recommendation is to avoid this dump. Thankfully VRBO was responsive and while we missed the rehearsal dinner, we ultimately got settled elsewhere. Avoid these losers. Zero stars. "

"We were in OC for a wedding & stayed for a long weekend. Property was exactly as described and how it looked in the photos. Nicely updated and clean. Everything seemed brand new. 15th street is right in the heart of town so we were close to attractions and stores. Only a three minute walk to the bay to watch the sunset...and we considered it a bonus that we were above Mario’s pizza! "

"Our first surprise was the $75 PER NIGHT pet cleaning fee. This might have been understandable if they had cleaned our room at all during our stay. We didn't see a soul the entire time. We were all alone in the hotel and surrounding restaurant. Good thing we didn't need clean towels. No services whatsoever. They gave us a key and told us to lock up when we left. Kind of like The Shining. But with waves. "
