"This house was great for having 3 beds, 1.5 baths, the kitchen, dining area, and living area all on one level. We had grand parents, parents, and an elementary school aged grandchild in one house and it worked wonderfully for us all. The steps to the basement are steep and the steps are narrow, but majority of the time can be spent up stairs for those who have a hard time with steps. It was a nice neighborhood and with in 30-45 minutes to a majority of the bigger sights in Indy. We would stay there again!"

"We were in Indianapolis for a women’s conference, we didn’t spend much time in the house other than to sleep. It was roomy, decorated nice, and was clean. We weren’t expecting it to be a duplex, but was okay with that. The step up onto the porch was a bit high. Host was wonderful, allowing us early check in so we could get settled in before leaving for the conference. I would recommend this property to others."
