"Hotel was clean, staff were friendly & professional. Breakfast was very good! We just wish there were an outdoor pool rather than indoor. It was a little noisy when youngsters were swimming, which really wasn’t too bad. Children’s laughter is good for the soul. We just prefer being outside in the sun with a pool."

"The pool was cold and the hot tub jets did not work. We were only told when we got to the hotel that there was going to be loud Noise from a wedding reception from 4pm to 12:00am. Not good after a long day. Breakfast was good. Our room was not cleaned. Beds were not made up."

"It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a higher level room and it was quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good and we had dinner one evening in the hotel and that was also very good. We walked to the art museums and 16th Street pedestrian mall — the hotel location worked great for us."

"It all started at check-in… it was fast and pain free! Well done! Then we got complimentary continental breakfast which was really good! The room was cleaned perfectly with fresh towels. Then at the end of our stay, we dropped our room keys in a basket and that was it!! Perfect!!"
