"Check in was super easy. The staff was friendly and explained everything very well. Parking was $14 a night which was not said in the listing when I booked the hotel. But it was only for two nights so not that big of a deal. The building is locked after 10 p.m so only guests with a key card can get in which is nice and secure. The pool was small and too many children doing cannonballs to actually enjoy it. But it is nice to have the amenity. The room was very clean and smelt nice. The bed was outstandingly comfortable. My husband and I both slept like a rock. The sheets were soft, the tv had a nice variety of channels. The breakfast was amazing, coffee was fresh and aromatic. The hotel is away from the big city which is nice. But close enough to the airport for convenience. Overall stay 9/10."

"We stayed 3 nights and did not get room service, but that is my only complaint. Breakfast is not included. Pool for kids and arcade was amazing, and loved to 2 queens with separate sitting area and pullout bed and table and chairs. Would stay again."

"I liked the rooftop terrace and bar. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Valet parking was convenient. Personally, I like to have a mini -frig/microwave available in my room due to dietary limitations. The only issue I had was that I entered the elevator on my floor, the door shut, and the elevator didn't move. I was stuck. I pressed the help button and got an immediate response. The fire department arrived within minutes and resolved the problem and I was on my way. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning."

"I loved this little spot !! The location is excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful. My biggest complaint is the restaurant/bar were closed!! I stayed 2 nights and most definitlty would of had dinner and drinks if they were available. The room was nice, bed was comfy and the A/c worked excellently. The free breakfast was good. Omlette is available for 6.95 but alot to chose from also. If I return to Colorado Springs, I will return to this hotel."
