Not having any staff onsite is really just not great when it comes to customer service. Parking situation was not adequately described on listing and when we reached out to the “virtual front desk,” they were completely useless and never responded to us until the next day so we had to figure it out ourselves and carry our stuff from blocks away. "Rooms were comfortable and clean. Beds were also very comfortable and we slept well. We got 3 rooms, a king suite, a 2 bed room close on the highway side, and another on the opposite side of the highway. If you’re able, request a room away from the highway side otherwise you’ll hear it. If you judge the hotels by its elevators it’s shady, but everything else is nice and worth the price you pay."

"Stayed here on my first ever visit to Texas to visit some family. Such a cute and quaint hotel. Super family friendly. Gives you all the Texas vibes if you are visiting for the first time. Very convenient location. My room was located directly across from the pool so I was worried about noise, once 9pm hits it was super quiet! Would definitely stay here again"
