"What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks available were a nice touch. Private parking space was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice."

"Karen and David have created a wonderful, "Home away from home" with this property. A quiet setting, very clean and well stocked bathroom and kitchen, a soooo comfortable bed, and a nice room to relax and watch t.v. after a long day of hiking. The only down side was having to leave!"

"My partner and I decided to go for a long weekend escape to the mountains. This was the perfect location for both hiking and a downtown experience. We were lucky enough to be present during the art fair weekend as well. Lively downtown and quaint neighborhoods. The climbing, bouldering, hiking was exactly what we needed."

"We didnt spend a lot of time at the property however the property was kept clean and Julia was responsive when when contacted. Overall it was a decent stay."

"The cottage was just as listed. It was conveniently located close to CSU campus, Old Town and plenty of restaurants. We had all the amenities we needed to be comfy and sleep well! Lynn is a great Host and easy to communicate with. I stayed with my mom and gave her the downstairs bedroom. I slept in the loft, and was careful going up and down the spiral stairs, though they were adorable and a practical use of the space, they're not for anyone unsteady on their feet. Overall, highly recommend...

"We definitely enjoyed our stay. It was clean and we got to relax in the hot tub right after it snowed and watch the magpies. The location is excellent and we got to hike a little before storms moved in. It was so close to everything fun to do which is convenient. Will absolutely stay again."

She left us a nice gift card to enjoy at a local café, which was excellent! Communication was easy, and Elizabeth was very accommodating. We are very much looking forward to going back!"

"Excellent home base to explore Denver, especially for baseball (Rockies). The area is very nice and walkable. Absolutely no complaints for Sentral Union Station at all, fantastic property, highly recommend this place!"

"First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
